Coach Michael along with his wife Joanna created La-Rose Wellness & Basketball to help KIDS enhance their overall wellness while learning the game of basketball. Children will have FUN working on their Basketball skills by developing their Physical Literacy and practicing the concepts they learn through games, drills and education sessions. Studies prove children who are physically literate have more confidence to move and will seek out opportunities to be physically active throughout their life.

Michael and Joanna opened a NEW WELLNESS CENTRE at 3517 Mainway Drive, Burlington in November 2025.

The La-Rose Wellness Centre is for the whole family to enjoy. We provide families an opportunity to bond in a healthy, memorable way. The Small Group Basketball Classes allow your children to gain confidence and thrive in a fun, safe environment. In the La-Rose Wellness Centre parents can: watch their kids during the program, entertain other siblings in play areas, relax in a separate wellness lounge or re-energize using the fitness area. Your kids will love hosting their Private Birthday Party in this exciting New Boutique Wellness Centre!
